I wish that the colours had scan a bit closer to the original...the yellow and cream tones are perfect, but had problems with the purples...yesyes...it suppose to be purples/violets...but scanned a bit bluer than I had hoped...I didnot want to change any of it in PS (as much as I tried to adjust the colours in PS to be truer to the original and failed miserably!).

For those of you suggesting me adding actual backgrounds...I'm sorry, but they pics donot convey a need for a background to me...this is how it was intended to be...perhaps in future collections, a background will be added...but not at this moment...I need to first present the spirits of the Dragons as they are, clean and pure. Kind of like a basic introduction to them, as I have yet to meet them all. But as I get to know them, like I said, backgrounds will be added to future interpretations and series.

Okay..enough of my babbling!...I will admit that this is didnot come to be as I had hoped it would...but...these things draw themselves these days and I let them decide how they want to be in the end.

Done in pencil, Prismacolour markers, coloured pencils, and white acrylic highlights.

Meh, the focus is the figure, whyever would you need a background? hmm.... yellows and purples. You pull the contrasts off so beautifully... XD

*If I may comment..?..* ^^;:

Yeah the color is a little.... bright. Pardon me if u already know this but I think there are some setting in the scanner programme that u can change to help with the scanning problem. ^^

It's really pretty.

He seems really evil thou, allmost scheming. Those type of guys are up to no good anyway.

Probably planning this very second some dastardly deed to rob the Aincient Sages Of Doom of their power to ressurect his dear Demon King or something.

the thing I like the most about him is his fingers.. they looks so soft and strong!

yea..I have tried adjusting them...but apparently it needs more work in the adjustment...I'll just have to see what I can do to correct it before the pics are printed^^..but otherwise..the contrast of the colours aren't too bad^^;;;

i personally like this background, though i don't know how you have the patience to do it
it's definately more original than tree's or just clouds
great piccy! i love it, the yellow is cool and i love the way you draw hands, they look really amaising! :D
